The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, specifically in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and be proficient in CentralReach and Office Ally platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Submit and track claims through CentralReach and Office Ally Manage insurance authorizations, verifications, and eligibility checks Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid claims Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve claim denials Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate data entry and billing Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA billing codes, modifiers, and payer guidelines Generate and review billing reports for internal and external use

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in ABA or medical billing Proficiency in CentralReach and Office Ally required Strong understanding of insurance billing processes, including all the major commercial payers Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and documentation standards Experience with credentialing and contracting processes Familiarity with CPT codes specific to ABA therapy Why Join Us?
