Roessel Joy is seeking a Medical Billing Representative to join a growing healthcare team! This is a customer service-focused role that supports our billing operations and works closely with our Billing Associates to ensure a smooth revenue cycle process.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams regarding billing inquiries Respond to incoming calls and emails related to billing issues, insurance questions, and account balances Assist with reviewing patient accounts and providing accurate information Support billing processes such as invoice generation, payment posting, and account updates Escalate more complex billing concerns to the appropriate team member or department Maintain accurate documentation of all communication and follow-up actions in the system

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a healthcare or billing-related role preferred Strong customer service and communication skills required Familiarity with billing concepts or healthcare systems is helpful Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills AFTP123
