Job Description:

Billing Coordinator – Remote (EST Only) A professional servicesfirm is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support their billing teamduring a temporary leave through October/November. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process client invoices, including prebills and e-billsEnsure billing accuracy and compliance with client requirementsMaintain and update billing records and matter setup Communicatewith attorneys and clients to resolve billing issues Applywrite-offs and client funds as needed Assist with additionalbilling-related tasks Qualifications 2 years of billing experiencein a law firm or professional services environment Experience withelectronic billing platforms; Aderant and BillBlast a plusProficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Beacon Hill is an equalopportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/orprotected veterans are encouraged to apply.
