Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for aSupply Chain Analyst/Order & Invoice Analyst Position type:

FullTime, Contract Location:

Summit, NJ (Hybrid) Job duration: 12Months As a Supply Chain Analyst/Order & Invoice Analyst , youwill: The Order & Invoice Analyst plays a critical role in ensuringthe accurate, timely processing and payment of vendor invoices fororders placed. This position will be responsible for resolvingdiscrepancies and collaborating with internal teams and vendors tomaintain efficient order and invoice management. The Order &Invoice Analyst will work internally across multiple teams tocoordinate efficient and appropriate flow of information andfollow-up to ensure completion of invoice resolution. KeyResponsibilities

  • Review and assess discrepancies between thepurchase order, invoice and quantity received (3-way match errors).Identify the driver for the mismatch and communicate to appropriateteams for follow-up.
  • Work cross-functionally to track and driveresolution of all invoice payment holds in a timely manner. Thisincludes closure of incomplete receiving, corrections to purchaseorders on quantity or price, cleanup of duplicate invoices or unitof measure discrepancies, and other miscellaneous invoiceadjustments internally to ensure accurate billing. Address invoicecorrections with the vendors.
  • Follow up on missing invoices.

Maintain clear communication between vendors and internal teams tofacilitate smooth invoice submission processes.

  • Confirm paymenttiming with relevant stakeholders and submit emergency paymentrequests when necessary to expedite critical payments.
  • Escalateany credit holds, working diligently to resolve the situation andmaintain good supplier relationships. Follow up with appropriateteams to ensure credit holds are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Support management and creation of tax exemption forms, asappropriate.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure payment termsare maintained appropriately with all vendors.
  • Generate reportsto track issues and performance of invoice and order resolutionmanagement, and proactively communicate roadblocks to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimumof 0-2 years of relevant experience with order or invoicemanagement.
  • Experience with invoice processing, order managementand 3-way match review
  • Experience with handling vendorcommunications, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintainingprofessional relationship
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (I.

Pay Range

  • : Between $30.00 to $ 31.51per hour.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc.
