The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Data Entry & Fulfillment Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate and accessible for various administrative functions. Duties Perform data collection and entry into various databases and systems. Accurately enter data and order details into applicable systems and order portals. Maintain accurate documentation of orders, communications, and shipment status. Submit orders for fulfillment and confirm all shipments have been processed. Meet department activity and production goals. Utilize pivot tables for data analysis and reporting as needed. Process order entries accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with clients or internal customer service team regarding order status, issues, or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms. Support administrative functions as required, contributing to overall office efficiency. Requirements High school diploma required; Associate’s degree (AA or AS) preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a related clerical role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Familiarity with data management systems is preferred. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining data integrity. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
