Experience/Requirements:

1. High degree of experience in Data Entry, both in Excel and in other Management Software Systems 2. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Desired Skills:

1. Highly skilled use of Advanced Excel

• ability to generate Pivot Tables, utilize Excel Formulas, etc.

2. Experience in Beta Testing/Software Testing and effectively communicating issues and bugs Personality Traits/Special Skills 1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 2. Capable of participating in multiple projects, simultaneously, without getting stressed Responsibilities of position The Data Entry role is a critical part of the operations. This role provides documentation and data entry support across the different teams, ensuring that needed actions are taken efficiently, correctly, and on time. Utilizing various in-house systems and Excel, the Data Entry role is expected to transfer data accurately across needed systems.

Responsibilities:

Data entry of test details and task scheduling across multiple systems Set up evaluation reports so that service results can be recorded Generate test documentation, either virtually or in print, for operations File, virtually and physically, test documentation, as needed Provide timely communication of systems errors and follow-up on open items Full-time; $16

• 19 per hour This position will be fully onsite in Homestead, FL.
