We’re currently hiring a Data Processor to support our operations team in managing and entering critical information related to contractor applications.

Position Overview:

As a Data Processor, you’ll play a behind-the-scenes but essential role in making sure all contractor applications are handled with speed and precision. You’ll work with application forms, licensing records, and client data — ensuring everything is correctly entered into our system and ready for review by our licensing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update client information and application data into internal systems Review forms and documents for completeness and compliance Perform data quality checks to identify and correct errors Assist with compiling and organizing digital records for state licensing submissions Communicate with internal team members to clarify or confirm application details Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive client information

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong keyboarding and computer skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and digital document management Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus No licensing knowledge required — training provided
