OVERVIEW
As Product Research Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized data records while contributing to sample distribution. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork. You will work closely with a dynamic team to ensure the smooth functioning of data entry tasks and sample distribution.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry:
Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets following established protocols. Verify entered data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Sample Distribution:
Execute sample distribution under the guidance of senior team members. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to process and distribute samples. Assist in troubleshooting sample running processes as needed.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve data entry discrepancies or errors promptly. Proactively seek solutions to improve data entry efficiency and sample distribution workflows.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and alignment on tasks. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment through active participation and idea-sharing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software/tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
