This role involves handling inventory tasks with precision and entering data accurately into provided systems. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail and familiarity with using an iPad for data entry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct physical inventory counts of bus parts to ensure accurate records. Input inventory data and counts into an iPad-based system with precision. Verify the accuracy of counted items and cross-check against inventory lists. Follow established procedures for maintaining inventory consistency. Assist with annual inventory tasks and ensure compliance with company standards. Communicate effectively via email to report inventory updates and discrepancies. Operate and navigate an iPad efficiently to complete daily tasks. Collaborate with team members to address inventory-related challenges. Ensure all data entry processes are completed in a timely and organized manner. Proven ability to count items accurately and maintain detailed records. Experience with data entry tasks and familiarity with electronic devices such as iPads. Strong attention to detail to avoid errors in inventory tracking. Basic proficiency in email correspondence for reporting and communication. Ability to perform calculations related to inventory counts. Prior experience in handling annual inventory processes is a plus. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
