Job Description:

Fit is seeking a detail-oriented and personable IntakeSpecialist to join a local law firm. The Intake Specialist servesas the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that allnecessary information is gathered accurately and efficiently. Thisrole plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth operations bycoordinating initial assessments, data entry, and administrativetasks. This is a salaried position with a starting pay range of$40K.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and communicate with clientsprofessionally and courteously (in person, by phone, orelectronically). Collect and verify personal, demographic, andcase-specific information. Enter and update client data accuratelyin internal systems. Schedule appointments and assist with initialonboarding. Respond to inquiries and provide information regardingservices, processes, and next steps. Coordinate with internaldepartments to ensure proper hand-off and case follow-through.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations andcompany policies. Perform administrative support tasks, includingfiling, scanning, document preparation, and courierresponsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bacheloru2019s degree preferred.

Prior experience in an intake, customer service, or administrativerole preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficientin using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, databases, emailplatforms). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-pacedenvironment. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidentialinformation.
