Silver Lining Marketing, acollaborative direct marketing firm fostering engagement andfundraising growth for diverse non-profits, is seeking adetail-oriented & persuasive Client Enrollment Specialist inGretna. This essential role in our Charity campaigns will directlyinvolve you in engaging the public, educating them on criticalcauses, & guiding them through the process of committing tosustained support for charitable initiatives. As a ClientEnrollment Specialist, you will immerse yourself in comprehensivetraining, learning advanced techniques for direct consumerengagement & the precise execution of enrollment procedures. You’lldevelop expertise in clearly articulating the long-term value ofrecurring contributions or program participation, navigatingpotential supporter inquiries, & efficiently securing & processingnew commitments. Key Responsibilities of the Client EnrollmentSpecialist Proactively engage with prospective supporters invarious public settings, community events, & designated outreachlocations throughout Gretna. Clearly & persuasively present thebenefits & impact of recurring donation programs, volunteerinitiatives, or membership opportunities for our non-profitpartners. Assist potential customers with the enrollment process,ensuring accurate and compliant completion of all required formsand digital inputs for recurring commitments. Secure new recurringdonors or program participants, effectively addressing anyhesitations or concerns they may have about long-term commitment.

Process all enrollment & payment information securely & withmeticulous accuracy using tablet-based systems, adhering strictlyto data privacy & financial regulations. Consistently exceedenrollment targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to resultsand contributing to the funding of charitable causes. Maintainexceptionally organized & confidential records of all interactions,new enrollments, & supporter data within the designated CRM orenrollment databases. Educate potential supporters on theaccountability & transparency of the charitable initiatives,building confidence in their decision to contribute long-term.

Actively participate in daily team meetings, enrollment training,and coaching to share best practices and improve direct engagementand conversion skills. Provide immediate confirmation & initialappreciation to newly enrolled supporters, ensuring they feelvalued & understand the ongoing impact of their commitment.

Collaborate effectively with fundraising & customer service teamsto ensure a seamless transition for newly enrolled supporters & tomaximize long-term retention.
