Full Job Description Position:
Managing Francine’s calendar and travel to planning team & private events. Must be a highly organized, resourceful person who will ensure nothing falls through the cracks in Francine’s life. The role (and our team) is dynamic, this person must possess strong business and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. This is a unique role as you will work directly with Francine to gain visibility into key initiatives and projects across the business and her social life.
Responsibilities:
Strategically manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics, providing best in class support to Francine throughout her back-to-back days, blocking time for the most important priorities. Ensure Francine is prepared for professional meeting and events by soliciting agendas, drafting prep docs, creating itineraries, and preparing payment for vendors. Coordinate intuitive, global travel itineraries, for Francine’s trips, reservations & personal appointments. Supervise and schedule outside contractors/vendors performing work at home. Serve as Operations manager for the business to communicate with office team to supervise ongoing projects. Serve as a right hand & confidante Be proactive to contribute to events and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of professional assistant or executive assistant experience.
Exceptionally detail oriented:
always follow up and close all loops & keep a running to-do calendar
Great Communicator, Proactive, Hardworking Skills:
Technologically Strong, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat Job Type:
