What You’ll Do:

Be the

Voice of Customer Care:

Handle cancellation-related calls and inquiries, providing helpful, solutions-focused support to clients, keeping them happy and engaged.

Support Our Leadership Team:

Provide seamless administrative support, from scheduling executive meetings to managing communications and organizing office systems to keep things running smoothly.

Make Things Happen:

Assist with special projects, create presentations, and provide support for our growing team, all while being part of a fast-moving and evolving company. We are looking for somebody who is a quick learner with a sharp wit!

Help Our Social Media Presence:

Help shape our digital footprint by assisting with social media tasks, starting conversations, and engaging with followers to keep the conversation buzzing.

Who You Are:

Real Estate Experience:

You’ve worked in the real estate field and understand the ins and outs of the industry. Your knowledge will make a difference every day!

Organized & Tech-Savvy:

You can juggle multiple tasks at once, stay on top of your responsibilities, and are comfortable using tools like Calendly, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

A People Person:

You’re great on the phone, a strong communicator, and a problem solver who knows how to keep things moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
