Weatherford, Texas, United States This is not a remote/hybrid position. The incumbent will be in-office and seated at our branch in Weatherford, Texas.

SCOPE/CONTACTS

The incumbent is responsible for support to the EVP Retail has frequent contact with customers and other department employees in person, by telephone and email. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the retail banking division. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a professional and mature demeanor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including drafting and reviewing correspondence. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings. Compile and analyze data for reports, presentations, and strategic planning. Support the execution of key projects and initiatives within the retail banking division. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Liaise with branch managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all locations. Provide backup and testing to support and maintain key systems used by retail banking ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. Handle special projects as assigned. Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years retail banking experience required. Business or related bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience. Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and produce error-free work in a deadline-driven environment. Strong PC skills–Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and 10-key is essential. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to quickly learn new applications and adapt to a changing environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) necessary. Reliable attendance and the ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines is essential for this position. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality is required.
