Responsibilities:

Manage complexcalendars and coordinate executive meetings Handle confidentialinternal and client communications Organize travel and processexpense reports Maintain well-structured digital and physicalfiling systems Take detailed meeting notes and track action itemsCollaborate with attorneys and professional staff across multipleoffices

Qualifications:

2 years of executive assistant experience;law firm experience strongly preferred Strong communication andorganizational skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); iManage experience is a plusAbility to handle confidential matters with sound judgmentExperience supporting senior leadership in a fast-movingenvironment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredInterested in hearing more?
