Job Description We are seeking an individual with excellent communication, people interaction skills and a background in Quick Books accounting. You will be answering calls, creating and tracking billing, managing the VP of Operations’ calendar, and working heavily in Quick Books. Applicant will be efficient at typing and utilizing a computer as you will create, complete and invoice work orders.
Job Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls Manage, create, and track invoices. Make phone calls on past due invoices. Quick Books bookkeeping Assist with Fleet management and compliance Engage with clients and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner Manager VP of Operations’ schedule and assist with travel arrangements. Acumatica experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask. Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
