1K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Bilingual Spanish English Entry level Full Job Description The Patent Outreach Associate (POA) will be responsible for supporting our enrollment team, through outbound calling to patients of our pharmacy. They will follow up on treatment status, upcoming appointments and assist with current medication needs. The POA will also support the enrollment team by assisting with data entry, contacting medical offices and other duties as needed. This role will help build a skill base that will lead to opportunity for growth within the company. What You’ll Do Reach out to patients via phone and text to follow up on their current treatment status and assist with any prescription needs Learn our systems and procedures and become proficient in our transfer, MD Call, Retail Access and Outreach Procedures Gather data regarding a patient’s current treatment status with accuracy and clear documentation Handle a large volume of email communication to our internal teams as well as our field sales teams Help patients understand the benefits of using IWP Take initiative to go above and beyond to assist patients Who You Are A quick learner who can work independently and contribute to the success of the team Self-starter who has the initiative to take on additional responsibilities outside of the normal job requirements when the opportunities arise Reliable with an excellent attendance record What You’ll Need to Succeed Ability to handle high volume phone calls while maintaining excellent customer experience Ability to prioritize and handle a varied workload Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work through complex issues and seek assistance when needed Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to work a Monday

  • Friday, 10:30 AM
  • 7 PM or 9 AM
