What You’ll Do:
Answer phone calls and route them to the right department Assist with driver check-ins and process necessary paperwork File and organize shipping documents, invoices, and logs Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers Perform general office duties: scanning, copying, data entry Support dispatchers and office staff with various tasks
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and emails professionally Maintain accurate records and update internal databases Schedule appointments and assist with office calendar Help with mail distribution and inventory tracking Provide general administrative support to the team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous office or clerical experience (trucking/logistics is a big plus!) Proficient using MS Word, Excel, and data entry systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced setting Positive, dependable, and ready to be a team player
