The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Duties Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Support the team with material preparations and provide assistance to clients as necessary. Experience Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential for this role. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
