Key Responsibilities:
Reception coverage and managing service email backups Must have knowledge or ability to use Powerpoint Maintain office space and coordinate repairs as needed Oversee shredding services and manage shredding/scanning projects Perform court runs and obtain cashier’s checks Track and manage inventory for kitchen, office, toner, and mailing supplies Reserve and organize office space for new attorneys Send/receive eFaxes and handle FedEx/certified mail Miscellaneous administrative and office services projects Assist with toner orders and copier maintenance
Skills & Qualifications:
