Role:

Truedell Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly intelligent, organized, and motivated Executive Personal Assistant to support the daily operations and long-term growth of our multi-business enterprise. This is not your average assistant role — we’re looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to manage everything from banking and errands to business operations, vendor management, and team coordination. You will be the go-to person to help execute the vision and structure the company’s continued expansion.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and correspondence.

Manage financial errands:

banking deposits, bill payments, receipts tracking, and budgeting coordination. Run business and personal errands, ensure supplies and inventory are stocked. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of employees and service providers. Organize company files, documentation, and workflows across all DBAs. Research vendors, tools, and systems that can optimize business functions. Support the owner in strategic planning, goal-setting, and execution. Take initiative to identify areas that need improvement or structure and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

Highly intelligent, proactive, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of business operations, administration, and finance.

Tech-savvy:

proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, accounting tools, and project management apps. Extremely organized with a natural ability to create and maintain systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Prior experience supporting executives or managing business operations is a huge plus.
