RESEARCH AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT – APPRAISAL OPERATIONS

This position is responsible for providing research assistance, customer service, clerical, secretarial, processing and/or internal financial related duties, which may require varying degrees of independent judgment. Reports to the Appraisal Operations Director.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assists the Appraisal Operations Director with duties/requests as needed Assists other departments with research and projects as needed Performs sketching and data entry to proprietary and Microsoft software as required or assigned Updates a wide variety of proprietary computerized databases including permit activities and updates/li> Reviews and corrects errors in reports and database files Provides support as required to other departments including research, sales qualifications and other duties as assigned. Performs minor maintenance functions on office equipment such as toner cartridges, ribbons, paper, etc. Responds to telephone calls as required Queries database and special computer software to secure information and data files as required Performs routine filing, word processing, and clerical support as required or directed Other related duties as may be assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED with 2-5 years of clerical, secretarial, and prior Appraisal experience or Associates degree from an accredited college/university with secretarial or administrative experience and prior Appraisal experience Varying combinations of education and experience will satisfy required minimums at the discretion of Human Resources and Management Possess an aptitude and willingness to learn Valid Florida driver license
