The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary. Handle Patient check-ins and check-outs. Coordinate insurance verifications and billing. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Assist with office management tasks as needed, supporting other team members in their roles. Provide information about the organization’s services and respond to inquiries promptly. Support the dental team with administrative tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service. 1- year of Dental or Medical experience required . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems. Friendly, positive attitude and team spirit. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
