This role provides a variety of administrative support to case managers, attorneys, and firm management. This role offers opportunities for advancement while working alongside industry experts at a nationally renowned law firm.
Compensation:
$17 – $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
File, scan, and retrieve client documents and files Processing Incoming and Outgoing Mail Translations and Interpreting Provide administrative support to case managers and attorneys related to client cases (e.g., copying, scanning, shipping, tabbing, returning calls, collecting fingerprinting, calendaring, printing, filing documents in court or with other government agencies, drafting letters) Provide administrative support for the office (e.g., running errands, organizing our space, obtaining supplies, planning, setting up and closing up for office events, preparing closed files for scanning) Set up new physical and electronic files Close physical and electronic files Serve as backup for a receptionist for breaks and out-of-office coverage Assistance with marketing efforts as needed Assistance with special projects and reports as needed Other administrative duties or case preparation assistance as assigned
Qualifications:
