Alpharetta, GA Full-Time | On-Site | Monday-Friday Are you a detail-driven , organized , and people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant to support critical functions in invoicing, purchasing, vendor/customer management, and day-to-day office operations at our high-speed die-making facility. You’ll wear many hats and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while ensuring accuracy across accounting and administrative tasks. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with a collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Process customer orders and invoices in QuickBooks Manage purchase orders, vendor communication, and invoice accuracy Record, apply, and reconcile customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) Review and submit AP invoices and credit card charges Maintain aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Track and summarize financial reports and customer communications Provide general support: phones, visitors, supply orders, file management Assist with quotes, plots, and order file coordination
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in invoicing, AP/AR, or admin support Strong QuickBooks skills and Excel knowledge A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism Excellent communication with a ” listen first ” approach A team player who takes pride in quality and service High school diploma or GED required; ERP/POS experience a plus What to
