Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant Spartan Law Group Atlanta, GA 30328 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Manager Assistant to join our team. This role would require the ideal candidate to jump into our fast-paced work environment and aid the case management team with case management needs while learning the case management role. The purpose of the role would be to assist the team while eventually being promoted to a case manager. Duties Ability to work in a fast paced and fast-growing firm environment. To assist with taking client calls and provide updates on their cases. Assistance with medical management. Assisting with the handling of demands. Assist/learn every aspect of the case management role. Become able to transcribe legal documents and correspondence as required. Collaborate with case management team. To problem solve and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the case management process. Requirements Fast Learner. Ability to work as a team player. Positive problem solver. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in data entry and file management systems; familiarity with Clio is a plus. Capability of stepping in when/where needed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals.
