Job Summary:

The Office Assistant Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front clinic office and providing exceptional customer support. This position involves performing daily administrative tasks, Scheduling client appointments and Maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with scheduling appointments. Assist clients with check in and out procedures. Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Answer phone calls. Ensure the front desk area and common client areas are organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with back-office staff to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Skills:

Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Excellent typing and computer skills Work collectively as a team members Excellent customer support abilities to foster positive relationships with clients. Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and computerized office equipment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
