Personal Assistant (Tech-Savvy, On-the-Go) Medical Imaging of Atlanta Sandy Springs, GA 30342 Personal Assistant (Tech-Savvy, On-the-Go) – Atlanta Metro Area Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and love a job that keeps you moving? We’re seeking a long-term Personal Assistant who thrives in a dynamic role managing both professional and personal tasks. This position is perfect for someone who loves technology, adapts quickly, and has a reliable vehicle to support day-to-day driving needs throughout the Atlanta Metro area. •You will be compensated for gas and mileage on top of your pay (tax-free)
Primary Locations You’ll Travel:
Acworth Riverdale Duluth Sandy Springs Responsibilities:
Calendar Management :
Coordinate personal and staff calendars with precision. Staff needs can change on a daily basis.
On-the-Go Support :
Drive across Atlanta to drop off supplies, handle errands, and shop for office or personal needs.
Tech Troubleshooting :
Act as a liaison with service providers, troubleshoot basic tech issues over the phone or in-person, and manage follow-ups.
Team Coordination :
Communicate between staff, help manage tasks, and follow up on deadlines.
Travel Coordination :
Book flights, lodging, and manage travel itineraries.
Resource Management :
Order, stock, and track office supplies; run occasional personal errands.
Phone / Fax support:
Make and receive calls/texts/faxes pertaining to the management’s needs.
Email coordination:
Review emails throughout the day and delegate accordingly
Daily Briefing:
Take notes of the daily completed tasks and provide a daily briefing.
Requirements:
Must be tech-savvy and quick to learn new apps and systems (Google Calendar, Slack, CRM tools, etc.) Must have a reliable car and be comfortable driving regularly throughout the metro area Must be a safe driver who remains calm when driving, since you will be transporting team members and sometimes light equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Friendly, solution-oriented, and a great communicator Must be seeking a long-term role (not seasonal or temporary) This role is not for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. You’ll be out and about most days, with a lot of variety in your responsibilities. Hours:
Monday – Friday 09:00-02:00 (flexible but definitely needed between 10-1) Full time is available after a 2-week trial, if desired.
