out of 5 stars 416 10th St, Fort Eisenhower, GA 30905 IntellecTechs, Inc. is actively seeking a qualified General Clerk III to provide exceptional support services to Soldiers, their Families, retired military personnel, government civilians, and contractors. This role directly contributes to sustaining mission readiness across the Fort Eisenhower community by managing and facilitating critical military ID card services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Military ID Card Administrator and
DEERS/RAPIDS
Verifying Official. Deliver friendly and professional customer service to all eligible patrons including active-duty service members, retirees, dependents, DoD civilians, and contractors. Interpret and process complex DEERS transactions such as: Secondary dependency determinations Legal document verification Unremarried widow/widower and former spouse packet processing Ensure 100% accuracy in verifying eligibility and issuing Uniformed Services ID Cards (USID) and Common Access Cards (CAC). Update
DEERS/RAPIDS
records within one hour of approval; respond to inquiries within one business day and resolve discrepancies within two business days. Schedule and manage ID card appointments via phone, email, or through the DMDC centralized scheduler; maintain daily calendar updates and provide timely responses. Maintain accountability for all RAPIDS equipment and consumables in accordance with installation and DMDC guidelines. Perform user-level maintenance on RAPIDS equipment and troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues. Ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Air Force instructions, including: DoDI 1000.13 (Volumes 1-3)

Support DEERS enrollments, PIN resets, PKI certificate updates, and other ID card administrative functions. May serve as the Site Security Manager (SSM) , responsible for safekeeping and accounting for CAC stock and related materials.
Qualifications:
Annual certification by the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) as a Verifying Official is required. Experience using the
DEERS/RAPIDS
system. Familiarity with military personnel systems, DoD eligibility requirements, and customer service in a government or military environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
