Intake Specialist Smiley Injury Law 7809 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70003 Job Overview Smiley Injury Law is looking for a warm, organized, and people-friendly Intake Specialist to join our team part-time (20 hours/week). This role is essential to ensuring our new and existing clients feel supported every step of the way. Duties You’ll work directly in our Metairie office alongside our Office Manager to call leads, sign new clients, check in with past clients, and send gifts and mailings.
