Job Description
Administrative Assistant Lafayette CPA Lafayette, LA 70508 Administrative Assistant Position will be for an administrative assistant who works as a direct support link for the CPA as well as taking care of front window.
Duties include:
Answering multi phone line system Checking in clients Scanning source documents to files Assembling books and client files Communicating with clients Client database entry and maintenance General administrative tasks as needed Closing out client files Submitting signature pages via Adobe The ideal candidate must have:
- 2-5 years of Administrative experience
- MUST be a people person with great phone skills and able to work independently
- Knows how to navigate and understand Point Of Sale and database software and have knowledge of Excel and Word
- Is organized, prompt, and self-motivated
- Accounting experience is a plus but not required Hours are split between our in tax season hours Monday thru Friday 8-5 and our out of tax season ours Monday thru Thursday 8-4.
