HOURS:
up to 2 meetings a month
COMPENSATION
$154.50 per meeting, which includes attendance at each meeting and preparations of the minutes. All internal applicants who are interested in this position should apply within ten days of this posting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned Attend all regular and special meetings of the MES Building Committee. Responsible for Building Committee agenda preparation and Building Committee packet. Perform clerical and/or record keeping duties as recording secretary to the MES Building Committee. Record Building Committee votes, orders, and proceedings; type and distribute approved minutes to appropriate personnel, and record in official binder. Collect and organize data as required and requested for the BC and coordinate the information into a usable format for the BC meetings. Handle general correspondence, communications and coordination for committee meetings.
