The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires proficiency in office management, data entry, and effective communication skills. The Office Secretary will be responsible for maintaining files, managing schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity within the office. Responsibilities Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members. Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Maintaining proper documentation and providing team members with account receivables. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and storage. Provide personal assistant support as needed, including managing travel arrangements and meeting logistics. Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in clerical or office management roles is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of organization. Strong proofreading skills to ensure the quality of written communications. Previous experience as a personal assistant or clerk is a plus.
