Key is currently seeking a part or ull time Administrative Assistant or Key’s Western Regional Administrative Oice located in Springield. The schedule would be Monday-Friday beginning at 8:30am.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible or the management o the administrative unctions within the region.
- Able to understand, implement, and organize systems;
- Ensures the collection, computerization and review o all regional program statistics
- Ensures all employee reimbursement and time sheets are completed accurately
- Completes regional bulk-ordering or oods, oice supplies, equipment and obtains estimates when necessary
- Process payables and records expenses on a weekly basis
- Coordinate repairs or regional oice buildings and equipment in a timely and orderly ashion
- Handles employee questions and notiies Senior Administrative Supervisor o individual employee needs
- Meet with new hires on their irst day to present structured orientation including completing hiring inormation and beneits overview
- Conduct and submit building saety and ire inspections on time
- Assume overall responsibility or smooth operation o regional oice to include a well maintained building and the purchasing and inventory management o regional supplies
- Maintain up-to-day, well-organized regional record keeping systems to ensure agency standards are met
- Remains lexible to complete projects as necessary including regional training activities, participation in supervisory team meetings and work cooperatively as part o the administrative, programmatic and supervisory team.
- Aware and sensitive to the cultural dierences present amongst sta, clients, amilies and vendors at Key
- Completes billing through Electronic Health Records Systems
Qualiications:
Key’s Administrative Assistant must possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to orm proessional relationships with co-workers, agency sta and representatives rom community and state organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and luent use o multiple computer applications are required. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Business preerred.
Compensation:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour, comprehensive beneits to include medical and dental insurance, tuition assistance, paid vacation and holidays; paid sick and personal time; training and supervision and much more.
All candidates must be 21 years o age or older; have a valid state driver’s license; and, have a legally registered and insured car or work use. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preerred, Associate’s degree required.
