Service Coordinator Corbett Incorporated 45 Knox Trail, Acton, MA 01720 Job summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. We are a 25+ year-old irrigation company widely recognized as a leader in our industry. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing organization. The Service Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for managing daily service schedules, communicating with clients, and supporting the operational success of our Service Division. Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound and outbound communication with clients via phone and email
- Schedule annual maintenance, service calls, and appointments
- Build and adjust service technician schedules for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
- Keep accurate records and ensure files are updated and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as filing, organizing, and record maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Strong data entry and administrative skills with attention to detail Experience with scheduling and calendar management Understanding of general office management procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills, both phone and in-person Prior experience in a service-based company is helpful Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Comfortable managing multiple phone lines and communications simultaneously Experience with Aspire or other CRM platforms is a plus Bilingual in Portuguese is a plus
