Job Description
Construction Administrator Roessel Joy Needham, MA 02494 Job Overview A busy and growing construction company in the HVAC and plumbing industry is seeking a Construction Administrator to join their team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in office administration within a construction or trades environment who’s looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced project setting. You’ll work closely with two Project Managers to help support over 30 active HVAC projects. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being part of a hands-on, team-focused environment.
Schedule:
Full-Time, In-Office (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and tracking project submittals and RFIs Help order materials and supplies for ongoing projects Track incoming shipments and deliveries Coordinate basic site scheduling and logistics Maintain digital and physical project documentation Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as needed Support compliance and internal quality tracking Jump in where needed to help keep projects on track Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction, HVAC, plumbing, or trades office Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable communicating with field teams and vendors Willing to learn and grow into the role Friendly, professional, and a strong team player Join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects- gaining hands-on exposure to construction project workflows!
