Role:
As an Operations Assistant with Midwest Block you are responsible for: Providing Front-Office Customer Service (including receiving and directing incoming calls, emails, and tasks, and managing them in a timely manner) Arranging and distribution of shipments, deliveries, and general mail Utilizing Microsoft Office Products/Technological Systems and our SOPs to maintain efficiency throughout the day Supporting Inventory Control Oversight of Month-End Closing Procedures Assisting Operations, Production, Dispatch, and the Sales Teams with delegated tasks
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
Project Assistance Customer Service Multi-Tasking, Communication, and Organizational Structures Requirements:
