This position will have the following essential functions, but are not limited to: Answering the telephone, typing letters, memos, and other documents, setting up and maintaining property inventory, compiling monthly reports, maintaining staff training records, monitoring and ordering supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing and maintaining purchase requisitions, and receiving reports. What you’ll need to be Successful Demonstrate the ability to perform essential functions in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to abide by the MS State Personnel Board and MDOC rules, regulations and procedures governing the agency. Employees at this level are required to be familiar with the knowledge of the procedures and processes applicable to the performance of the work.
