This | || position oversees collecting and | || posting all co-pays/deductible, | || balancing cash drawers at the end | || of each day and making bank | || deposits in a timely manner. The | || Front Office Coordinator is | || responsible for training | || procedures on the collection of | || pharmacy copays, collecting | || signatures for pharmacy pickups, | || receiving medicines from the | || pharmacy couriers and | || distributing medicines to the | || individual as well as sending | || back medicines to the pharmacy | || not picked up within the correct | || time frame. Travel is required | || across the 18-county catchment | || area and to meetings de ermined | || necessary by the Executive | || Director.
