  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Functions in a professional manner as receptionist for the work area
  • Receives, routes, returns and makes phone calls
  • Operates standard office machines
  • Creates and processes letters, memoranda and other documents
  • Distributes mail and other documents
  • Prepares photocopies, transparencies, course syllabi, tests, reports and other instructional aids when requested
  • Selects and orders office supplies and materials
  • Takes and prepares minutes of meetings
  • Maintains an up-to-date record management system in paper and electronic formats
  • Operates a personal computer and utilizes advanced computer applications
  • Collects data and prepares reports as required by state or college policies
  • Inputs information into various computer systems for planning and reporting purposes
  • Assists program director with admissions and student records
  • Participates in college sponsored or endorsed professional development activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Dean of Health Science Instruction.
