Responsibilities Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures Implement office procedures and practices Interact with customers Maintain the website and social platforms Create brochures and newsletters for all seminars Research conference locations Follow up on registrations Proofread essential documents Participate in prep work for each seminar Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing preferred Proven experience working in a professional office environment High proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office applications Familiar with FileMaker and Quickbooks is preferred Familiar with medical terminology is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills High standards of customer service Organizational and time management skills Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day Enthusiastic and passionate
