LIFE at New Jersey, PACE Position Purpose Join Trinity Health PACE as an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and program management. You’ll help ensure effective communication, regulatory compliance, and smooth workflow for leadership and staff. What You Will Do Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership, including scheduling, reporting, and event coordination. Assist with hiring, credentialing, and filing processes. Maintain databases, prepare reports and presentation materials, and manage travel arrangements. Support office continuity and business recovery plans, including remote work capabilities. Uphold and demonstrate Trinity Health PACE’s mission, values, and ethical standards. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information professionally.
