un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Personal Assistant Needed for Elderly Woman (Cherry Hill) compensation: $25 an hour Seeking an assistant for my elderly mother in Cherry Hill, NJ. Interested candidates must live in or around Cherry Hill. She is a fairly healthy 76 year old woman. College professor who still works remotely. She walks with a cane. She does not have a car. I would like someone to check on her once a week. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Apartment cleaning if needed
- Taking her to the grocery store, bank, other local errands
- Weekly wellness checks
- Taking her to church I hope to find someone kind.
Communicative. Professional. Someone who could chat with her as well as lend a hand. I’d expect this gig to be a minimum of 1 hour per week. Max 3 hours per week. The day and time of each weekly visit could be regular or scheduled specifically with her via text message. We are very flexible. Candidates must speak English, have a valid drivers license, and work references. Candidates must be patient with the elderly and able to carry things. Candidates will be communicating with my mother as well as her children. Interested parties please send a letter of interest explaining why you think you’d be a good fit. Also include your current work resume even if it is not relevant to PA work. We’ll do a zoom interivew before an in-person meeting. Payment will be made weekly via Zelle. $25/hour plus gas stipend if needed.
