Secaucus, NJ We’re hiring a bilingual Administrative & Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur managing multiple businesses, including a photo booth company, a home building business, and a luxury nail salon. This role is key in keeping communication organized across teams and assisting with personal and business-related tasks. You’ll serve as a point of contact for team members and also help with errands, scheduling, and day-to-day organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate updates and instructions between the entrepreneur and team members (in English and Spanish) Coordinate with project managers, event coordinators, and vendors Visit job sites or events as needed for hands-on support Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointment scheduling, and household organization Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Help manage the entrepreneur’s calendar, inbox, and files Provide general administrative support for both business and personal responsibilities

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Highly organized with strong communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) Able to multitask, follow through, and work independently

Part-time Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
