Job Description
Administrative Assistant ReGo Trading Metuchen, NJ 08840 Rego Trading Inc., a dynamic and fast-paced wholesale distributor, is looking for a sharp and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team-driven environment — we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Support order processing and manage internal documentation Coordinate communication between sales, purchasing, and warehouse departments Maintain accurate customer and vendor records Track shipments and assist with logistics coordination Prepare reports and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) Assist in general office tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office experience (experience in wholesale, logistics, or distribution a plus) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); NetSuite experience is a plus Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
