    Responsibilities
    • Computerized Maintenance Management System
    o Ensures data integrity of the CMMS at the Ticonderoga Mill
    • Provides functional location assignments
    • Uses logical mill map layout concept to provide ease of finding equipment
    • Equipment specification entries to ensure completeness and accuracy
    • Ensures that the data on equipment transfers, or change outs, is complete and handled properly
    • Monitors % of mill equipment with Bills of Materials and works with Planners to increase this percentage
    • Checks completeness and accuracy of historical data
    o Ensures consistent correct system use and standardization
    o Tracks and analyzes CMMS data and metrics, reports maintenance statistics
    o Coordinates training needs of facility personnel relative to CMMS and provides training when required
    o Conducts assessments of mill CMMS
    o Authorizes access levels to the CMMS
    o Performs daily review of work orders
    o Assists in developing the skills of planners
    o Assists in the administration and evaluation of planning and scheduling functions millwide
    • Inventory control
    o Reviews new stock requests
    o Ensures adequate stores descriptions are used for inventory items
    o Monitors the balance of order points versus use to control inventory
    o Reviews and works to improve the practice of storeroom parts being placed on the appropriate Bills of Materials
    o Ensures that OEM cross references and substitutes are recorded in appropriate places
    o Helps control expenditures by ensuring that best value suppliers are considered in the inventory control process
    o Assists MRO team with inventory reduction and min/max changes
    • Additional duties
    o Create, update, distribute, and close production PM routes
    o Distributes shift PM routes
    o Manages PM route filing system
    o Assist with annual outage preparedness, budget tracking, and coordination
    o Tracks items class code 6 repair items
    o Fills in for MWS Manager in his/her absence
    Must have strong computer experience using Microsoft applications and SAP preferred
