They provide world-classcustomer service by answering incoming customer calls, creating andmaintaining positive rapport, and processing payments. What kind ofperson are we looking for?

Someone with:

A desire to learn and growwithin the business that is growing tremendously Associates degreeor higher preferred Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, including excellent telephone manner and customer serviceskills Previous success with outbound calling Experience working ina busy, high-volume environment 2 years of experience insales/marketing a plus An eye for excellence.
