Position:

The Cesar Carranza Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Insurance Support Staff . This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring excellent service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Process policy payments and endorsements Create and manage insurance sales quotes Handle office duties related to agency operations Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior insurance or office experience is a plus (but not required) Willingness to learn and grow within the agency Property & Casualty Insurance License (Personal Lines also accepted)
