We are a construction, plumbing, cooling and heating company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring that all clerical duties are performed accurately and timely. Duties Answer and direct phone calls, emails and in person inquiries in a professional manner Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain up-to-date records. Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution. Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents. Support clerical functions such as preparing reports, memos, and correspondence. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with clerical duties and general office procedures. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively. Computer literacy, including Quickbooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Excel, Google drive or similar software.
