Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, data entry, and Type legal doc, ensuring efficient time management. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required. Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
